Terms and Conditions

1. Minimum 300 Persons required. In case of persons less than 300, extra charge will be applicable.
2. Minimum commitment guaranteed atth etime of booking cannot be reduced.
3. Rate squoted willbe for Rajkot city only.
4. Outstation charges willbe extra.
5. Charges will be applicable on the actual number of persons or the committed number of persons,which everishigher.
6. Incase the number of person sincreases by more than 10% of the committed number, the management will not guarantee for any short agein the items in the menu.
7. PRO Girls, VIP Service Boys, if required will be charged extra.
8. Panchola will be served maximum for 30 Members. More than 30 persons will be charged extra.
9. Mandap,Decoration,Food-table,Counter Decoration,Lighting,Party-plotrent,etc.are not included in the package Any extra items, not in the menu, will be charged extra.
10. Guest will provide us the required Kitchen Area,Buffet Counters,tables,itslinen, other furniture,Electrical Plugpoints,WashBasin,WashingArea,etc.
11. All egal formalities,permissions or Govt.guidelines are to been sured by the guests.
12. We will not be liable for any inconvenience caused by external factors like natural calamity,social or politicalriots,accident or any other situations be yondour control.
13. Payment terms:
    1. 50% advance atthe time of booking(Non-refundable under any circumstancesa)
    2. Balance be fore 2 days of the event.
    3. Any variation to best led b ythe end of function.
    4. Copy of PAN/TAN card to be submitted atthe time of billing.
    5. Government taxes shall be charged extra,as applicable.
